Charlotte works as an inhouse digital operations manager for Elanco Animal Health acting as the go-between for global and local operations.

Charlotte has extensive experience delivering high volume, high complexity work in pressure environments and has the ability to multitask and deliver, especially when the odds stack against her.

Prior to working with Pangea and Elanco Charlotte had spent considerable time in executive assistance and in various sales roles for companies such as Westfield. 

Her superpower is her ability to roll her sleeves up and get sh*t done, all with a smile on her face and an entertaining story to tell. An attitude she constantly proves by standing in as a backup mum/walker/trainer for Pangea’s pooch Alfie, when Tim’s plate gets too full.
