Tim founded Pangea to deliver an alternative model to the big network agencies. 

Globally recognised as an accomplished and highly awarded Marketing Consultant with former roles as Managing Director of Proximity/BBDO (BBDO Group) in Germany and RED Proximity in London, Global Client Service Director for Porsche (Digital & Motorsport) and Bayer Animal Health as well as Regional European lead for Amazon Marketplace in Europe. At the time, Tim was one of the youngest BBDO employees globally to hold such large roles and P&L’s. Previous to this Tim worked across a number of leadership roles within the Clemenger Group Australia.
